im 5'10-6' not quite sure. last year i rode a medium glory and this year decided to go with a large v10... until i got my hands on a large makulu. honestly it really depends on what kind of riding you want to do. every brands sm/med/lrg fits differently. the v10 is half inch shorter than the makulu and they are both large.
